Introduction
TGI Fridays has been established over 50 years, and is famous for its casual Americana diner experience.
Fridays UK portfolio has expanded somewhat over that last few years.
Our brick slip cladding is a common feature in most of the TGI Friday outlets. The use of brick slips helps the designers establish a laid back casual relaxing theme throughout.
Design
It’s a Friday evening, you find yourself sitting at a T.G.I. Friday’s table with the family. You are eating a massive surf and turf burger, drinking a cold beer and you look up.
Captain America’s shied is hanging on one wall, next to a canoe that looks like it has just come off a film set.
The mix of textures colours and mediums make TGI Fridays a joy for the senses.
If rock n roll is your thing then there are a multitude of rock guitars hanging from the wall.
All this popular culture should distract you from your food, but the designers work the senses in a way that makes the whole experience fun.
An urban, upbeat American diner wouldn’t be the same without some form of chequer painting and exposed brickwork.
For this particular installation the designer chose to opt for our Olde Bayswater.
This center piece feature wall has been expertly installed and used as a wonderfully textured backing for the companies slogan signage.
The red and white painted stripes show how rustic and reclaimed the brickwork can look when worked post installation.
Product
A versatile and character driven product. Our Olde Bayswater is a product that needs no fanfare. The product is one of our most popular due to its random colourings and weathered appearance. Tumbled and chipped, this brick slip offers designers ample choice when designing into a project.
The stunning appearance of this feature wall can only be achieved using real clay brick slips. Every one of our slips are individual and unique.

Inspiring, funky, current and fun. This TGI Fridays refit has shown us a great example of how one feature wall can really make a difference.
