Having supplied our brick slips to many of the UK’s outlets this stunning case study focuses on Costa Coffee Dubai.
Located in one of the most glamorous cities in the world, on one of the best beaches. Costa Coffee have been gifted with a brilliant and vibrant design worthy of such a great location.
Design
The brief given to the designers was to create a luxurious finish for the coffee shop but remain easily identifiable. A design that fitted into the scheme for the building. The London theme features heavily through the design of the whole store.
Material choices when fitting out brands like Costa Coffee have to be chosen carefully. A brand so iconic has to be recognizable even without branding.
The choice of using UK manufactured Brick slips within the design has made a great impact on the overall feel of the outlet. Alongside the hard textures and surfaces, the soft furnishings were selected to reflect the brands warmth and ambiance.
Colourful and comfy upholstered seating evokes a modern laid back feel. Setting a great tone for the whole space.
A great amount of the cafe’s fittings have also been made to resemble what you would see in a London outlet. To any ex-pats the store will be like a home from home and offer instant calm.

These Brick Slips are expertly cut from a unique custom blend of handmade bricks. The Lambeth mixture hosts ample amounts of character and successfully brings together a delightful mix of yellow and red tones.
The installation used a selection of brick slips, brick slip headers and brick slip corners.

This Coffee Shop project is a fine and shining example of just how stunning Lambeth Mixture can be.
